Headshot / Photography Rates
$200 / Hourly Rate for Unlimited Looks*
Includes :
A file of your entire session in Low Resolution.
Up to 10 High Resolution unedited (RAW) photos of your choice.
I do not offer Retouching services. You can outsource up to 10 High Resolution (RAW) photos to edit.
A 45 minute consultation before the shoot.
* Hourly Rate applies for full body and 3/4 shots as well.
Hourly Rate does not include Hair and Makeup or Wardrobe Styling.
For outdoor shoots the Hourly Rate applies for travel time to and from location.
Wardrobe Styling with Shayna
Wardrobe styling often calls for a combination of services. Check out our options below. We’ll discuss your styling needs during our consultation and create a plan that works for you!
Basic Package
$125 each, for the first 2 looks; $100 for each additional look
A virtual review of your personal closet/wardrobe and assembly of Looks using your existing wardrobe. Package includes on-set styling during the shoot.
Add on #1 :
$30 per Look
For any Looks that you’ve already created on your own and plan to use for your shoot–but you’d still like my feedback.
Add on #2 :
$65 per Look
For any Looks that require additional recommendations for specific online purchases or guidelines on what you should buy to achieve your Look. Purchases are at your own expense.
Add on #3 :
$100 per Look
For any specialty Looks that require me to do in-person shopping. Package includes on-set styling during the shoot. Purchased items are at your own expense.
*Add ons are only applicable when a basic package is purchased.
*Full body shots may require an additional wardrobe styling charge, depending on the Look.
Wardrobe Deposit Policy
A $125 non-refundable holding fee (deposit) is required to book styling services. Your deposit is applied towards your styling fee. The purpose of the deposit is to protect myself from No-Shows and chronic reschedulers, and to hold a date for you in the schedule. Do not book if you do not accept that your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Book A Photo Session
Go to the contact page and follow the directions in filling out all your information. I will contact you for a short consultation and we will then proceed to set a date and time. After your session date is set, complete the deposit payment below through Venmo to hold your session date and time. The deposit must be paid and cleared for your session booking to be upheld.
Photography Policies
Deposit
A $200 non-refundable holding fee (deposit) is required to book a session. Your deposit is applied towards your session fee. Balance Due
Your balance is be due at the end of your shoot. I take cash, Venmo only.
You have to Reschedule
Because I'm in the same business as you, I understand the need to be flexible. You can reschedule ONLY ONCE with 72 hours (3 business days) notice. “Business days” are Monday - Friday. This keeps your deposit/holding fee in place. Please note, however, that rescheduling with less than 72 hours (3-business days) notice is considered a cancellation and your holding fee/deposit is sacrificed. There are no exceptions to this policy as I have held the studio for you and turned away other potential clients to hold your spot. Please do not book if you can’t accept this policy.
I have to Reschedule
If I have to reschedule your shoot for reasons beyond my control, you'll receive a discount of $50 off of your remaining balance. Or, if your prefer, I will refund your entire deposit.
Late Arrivals + Cancelations
If you're late for your shoot, this will result in less shoot time and fewer images/looks as we may have a shoot scheduled after you. If you're over 45 minutes late, this is considered a cancellation and will result in the forfeiture of your holding fee. There are NO exceptions to this rule. If you do not to show up, or you cancel, you will forfeit your deposit fee.
Reshoots & Refunds
Photographs are artistic creations. Interpretation of artistic creations is extremely subjective. Because of this, there are NO re-shoots or refunds for any reasons other than technical issues/malfunctions. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
Hair & Make Up
Professional hair and make up is strongly recommended for both women and men! It is essential for getting the most professional results in your headshots. No professional goes in front of the camera without hair and make up!
With good lighting and skin tone correction through makeup during the shoot and touch ups in photoshop you will get the best most professional results. I have the pleasure of working with a few very talented make up and hair artists which I strongly recommend. You may use your own make up artist as long as they are an experienced professional and I can see their work for approval. The reason for this is quality control.
